The Website is operated by Eidos Logic Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Eidos Logic," the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. WHERE LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED, THE COMPANY'S TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, THAT YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY FOR ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

These Terms are provided in English and Chinese. In the event of any inconsistency between the two versions, the English version prevails.
